Lucid Project began in 2017, as a casual conversation between friends. Since our inception, we’ve grown from hosting parties in local nightclubs to producing brand experiences on an international stage, expanding into years of work across client sectors like fashion & retail, live entertainment, hospitality, non-profit, & more.

Our Story.

  • Founded in Washington, DC by Conor McMullen and Yassin Khalid, with a primary focus on live event production with music venues and hospitality partners.

    As opportunities began to take us into new markets (Miami, NYC, Latin America) and new client sectors (Retail, NGO), we added digital marketing services to our project portfolio, to become more of the experiential turnkey solution for clients that we are today.

  • Our D2C event series focused on marine conservation. We work with local NGOs and businesses to promote a "good time for a good cause."

    Our last Wavelengths event was a Charleston, SC, fundraiser for The Surfrider Foundation, supported by sponsors like Tito's Vodka and Pernod Ricard (Codigo 1539, Jefferson's Bourbon, Skrewball Whiskey), and Southern Devil.

  • In 2023, we kicked off our first Blue Carbon Open with NGO partner, Beneath The Waves, to fund their cutting-edge marine conservation research.

    Sponsored by Bacardi, Lennox Paton, and GIV Bahamas, it was hosted in the Exumas, Bahamas by partner Grand Isle Resort. Teams from Bahamas Golf Federation and Exumas Golf Federation joined us at the world famous Sandals Emerald Bay golf course, with Exumas Golf Federation taking home the first Blue Carbon Cup.
